Reliable with fair pricing, but the interface could be more user-friendly
Pros and Cons
  • "The product is very reliable. We haven't had any major issues with the product since we bought it."
  • "The solution currently does not have cloud integration."

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use the solution for creating all our virtualized servers in their environment.

What is most valuable?

The solution has a lot of redundancy, and the pulses are highly available.

The cost is pretty good.

The product is very reliable. We haven't had any major issues with the product since we bought it.

What needs improvement?

In terms of virtualization, we're currently supporting Zen, so to move to KBM is a problem.

The solution currently does not have cloud integration.

In terms of management, the solution could be much more user-friendly. Right now it's a very specific interface, and if you're not familiar with it, the configuration does take a while. There's a learning curve to handling it.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using the solution for five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The product is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The product is not scalable. It's a fixed item, so it has limitations.

How are customer service and technical support?

Technical support is good. Were satisfied with the level of support we've been given so far.

How was the initial setup?

Initially, we didn't have the training to implement the solution ourselves.

What about the implementation team?

Huawei helped us with the implementation.

What other advice do I have?

We use the on-premises deployment model.

I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.

If a company's deployment is not very big, I would recommend Huawei as an option.
