Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most important thing is we don't have to maintain any physical infrastructure. With typical conventional on-premise solutions, we have to maintain many things like the hardware, clusters, etc. With this cloud platform, you don't have to worry about all those things. We have the service always available, and this is the main advantage. I like that we use everything on our standard Active Directory on on-premises on Azure. The key advantage is that you can have the sole indication based on the cloud. This isn't possible with an on-premise Active Directory. This enables work from home and at the office because it's on the cloud.""My experience with technical support so far is very good.""The product scales extremely well.""It is easy to install.""Microsoft Azure is easy to use.""It is stable and scalable.""The performance is good.""It's a flexible solution."

More Microsoft Azure Pros →

"Scalability is one of the benefits that we have in using the product.""Cloud Platform's stability is great.""The pre-delivered content from the SAP cloud platform is definitely a strength.""The ability to expand it whenever required has been great — it's very simple.""The most valuable feature is the data synchronization, or the push and pull of the data.""The most valuable feature is integration.""It's suitable for various sizes of companies. I have used it with big companies and with small ones as well.""SAP has provided very good support."

Cons
"The pricing in our region can be a bit high.""The market place can be raised, and the CMT can be more sophisticated to create more opportunities for the end users.""The price could be improved as well as the interface speed, and technical support.""If the price were reduced then it would be an improvement.""They can add more documentation about the solution.""Its costing can be improved. There should be better cost management.""The support subscription models need improvement.""They should include a cybersecurity feature to improve the protection of the systems. They could do better in terms of the pricing model. Its price keeps on changing. Their technical support can also be better."

More Microsoft Azure Cons →

"The solution requires more flexibility overall.""They are still developing this product. It does not really have 100% of the necessary features available to properly service business clients""The main problem is that there aren't any easy migrations from SAP PO to SAP CPI, so from process orchestration to cloud platform integration.""In the next release, I would like to see improvements with the price and the licensing.""My impression of the stability is that it is not good. Almost every month there is something new and that makes us nervous about delivery.""I'd like to see more local integration.""We need to connect our ERP solution via the VPN. We need to make sure our ERP solutions aren't exposed to the outside world. Our teams really struggle with this.""Usability is a challenge most of the time and not being able to get all of the information."
