"The hardware is reliable.""The most valuable feature is stability.""The robustness of the design of the server is the most valuable. HP servers are easy to use and user-friendly. The server is not complicated, and it is easy to use ILO systems.""The feature that I find the most valuable is that all alerts are integrated with HPE InfoSight. Any problem related to an HPE server can be solved remotely at L1, L2 level.""The setup was easy and not complicated.""The GPU units, processor speed, and capabilities are most valuable. Desktop video conferencing is also valuable. It supports desktop video conferencing much better for graphics.""Very practical and easy to maintain.""The pricing of the product is fair and not too expensive."

Cons
"The scalability could improve. If you want more scalability and high availability, you will have to change to a solution similar to VxRail.""The shipment times could be improved. Sometimes we have to wait four or five days before we get the actual servers. It could even be longer. Sometimes it is many days.""I would like to see the pricing improved.""After purchasing the product, customers have not been getting the support that they need in the early stages of getting set up. They can provide customers a little bit more education as to what they get with certain warranty levels. The data is there if the customers dig, but a lot of times, the customers don't dig. Some of the other server models come out a little bit quicker than Dell. It would be good if Dell is quicker to market on new, larger drives when they become available. Sometimes, we do get hit on that against a couple of competitors. Dell vets them a little bit longer than like the super micros to keep their stability and quality level up, but they lose a little bit of ground to a super micro. It would be good if they can release features and models as soon and as fast as they can. It would help them to stay more competitive.""The only thing that could be improved is documentation. During the installation, it would be good to have some information about how is it going.""It would be nice if the rack servers had an HCI solution as an option.""As the disks and memory should be expandable, I would highlight scalability as an issue.""The design, in terms of power efficiency, can be improved."

"The most pressing issue is that downloads depend at present on the current period.""They should continue to maintain the stability that is there.""It has something called WorldView. They should do some enhancement over WorldView to run an operating system as a code. Such a feature would be amazing for running multiple servers. They are already working on this, and they can enhance the existing versions for this. It should also be cheaper. It is currently expensive.""It is too expensive. Its price should be improved. The system admin interface should have better visibility while troubleshooting a problem, even when the problem is coming from the application.""They are pretty solid servers, but, just like all servers, they become obsolete after some time. They can maybe provide a console to monitor the health of the servers. There should be some kind of console to which you can log in to remotely check on the health of a server, even when the server is off. The servers that we have are only scalable to some extent. They have got a limited amount of hard drive that you can insert. Their scalability should be improved.""The price in general, including the licensing fee, could be better.""The technical support could be a little faster.""They should work with Microsoft to make licensing costs better. That's because the physical servers have processors with all these cores, and Microsoft now licenses Windows virtual server desktops based on the number of cores and the serving servers. So, if you got to build 10 or 20 servers on that desktop, you got to license them all with Microsoft. They should have a partnership with Microsoft to decrease the virtual licensing of servers in partnerships so that when you purchase the servers, you also get licensing for Microsoft on top of them. That's because it gets very expensive to license virtual operating systems to run on physical servers."

Pricing and Cost Advice
"The price of Dell EMC PowerEdge Rack Servers is reasonable compared to other solutions.""The price of this solution is reasonable. It's very comparable to similar solutions.""It's not a very expensive solution.""Dell's solution was cheaper than HP's solution.""The server is a one-time purchase, but the support is on a subscription basis.""Dell EMC PowerEdge Rack Servers are very expensive.""It's a one-time licensing fee for the device and we pay a quota per year for the support.""It is expensive. The price needs to be more competitive. Additional licenses are required to enable some of the features for scalability."

"It's expensive.""It is just too expensive.""We have ILO licenses. We use this feature.""We have purchased this solution and it is under warranty.""We did not need to pay for a license for the use of HP DL servers, just for normal hardcore support.""It is not expensive. Its price is similar to other solutions.""They need to work with Microsoft to make the licensing costs better and more efficient.""The price of the product is a little high."
