"The solution is perfectly stable, it normally performs very well.""It's a nice tool for virtual meetings and I'm satisfied with its performance.""The solution is very valuable for conference calls, as a lot of businesses are switching from work-from-home.""Webex is a thin client and we like the interface. It is easy to use.""It is a valuable solution for virtual meetings.""Cisco is a pioneer in this particular technology. The features and technology have been adopted and they have been integrated with other solutions.""The GUI is nice and easy to operate.""A valuable feature of Webex is that it's good for direct communication. In general, I'm satisfied."

More Webex Pros →

"I was in touch with one of our clients and they mentioned that they would like to have a holographic video conferencing. It would be great if that feature would be added."

More Cisco TelePresence Cons →

"I was in a meeting on the free version where there were no controls. You couldn't mute somebody or put it in dedicated speaker mode. It was an important meeting, and because of the lack of an ability to control who the speakers were, we got a version of a heckler. Well, it wasn't really a heckler per se. It was just somebody who thinks they know everything.""I would like to see the addition of new features that will add value to the product.""They should work to make it simpler.""My biggest issue with the solution involves its price, which I find to be prohibitive for small governments and modest-sized schools.""Better integration with other solutions would benefit Webex.""The connectivity can be improved because sometimes when we talk to clients that are overseas the connection is kind of poor. The video will be pixelated and we will need to turn off the video because the voice gets delayed.""My company does a lot of international calls. For some countries they do not have their local number to call in, all they have is a 1-800 number which is quite hard to find. If they want to improve they should set up the local number to call in. What would be beneficial.""Webex could be improved by having a password-protected system. I don't remember there being any passwords for the meetings, but, presently, Zoom has meeting protection."
